The Organization: Endeavor is the leading global community of High-Impact Entrepreneurs in underserved markets. About the Role: To seek, identify and help select high impact entrepreneurs that meet Endeavor’s criteria as well as support Endeavor Entrepreneurs with strategic customized services as their Account Manager.
Reports to: Director of EX
Works with: Endeavor Spain, Endeavor Global, local and international network members, Endeavor Entrepreneurs and Candidates.
What you’ll do:
- Search & Selection: successfully support candidates through their selection process
- Proactively screen high-potential entrepreneurs running companies with the potential to grow by 10X.
- Leverage Endeavor’s network of business leaders, investors, entrepreneurs to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Assess company’s growth potential, critical challenges, and the entrepreneurial capacity of the team.
- Execute due diligence processes, creating high quality company overviews and profiles to be used at Local and International Selection Panels. Prepare and coach final candidates.
- Services: provide trascendental support to the needs of Endeavor Entrepreneurs with the support of the Network.
- Deliver a clear plan of action of services to selected Endeavor Entrepreneurs.
- Define priorities based on needs and requirements
- Continuously monitor companies to ensure service plan execution, entrepreneur satisfaction and engagement with the organization.
- Perform collection and analysis of annual metrics and other indicators to measure Endeavor’s impact on entrepreneurs.
- Suggest and develop new services for entrepreneurs, improving the value proposition of services.
The ideal candidate’s skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Possess business background and experience that enables them to effectively interact with startups (their executive teams and founders).
- Good business judgement with the ability to identify and evaluate world-class entrepreneurs and companies.
- Strong work ethic, networking & communication skills as well as a great team player.
- Entrepreneurial personality and capacity to achieve significant results with limited resources.
- Highly motivated, focused, creative, flexible, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities
- Curious with an ever-learning mindset.
- Ownership, proactivity and passion.
- Excellent English and Spanish communication, both written and oral.
- Computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Nice to have: Salesforce and/or Notion.

About the Role: The Assistant Manager at Endeavor plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and supporting the team so they can focus on what matters most: empowering high-impact entrepreneurs. This is a multifunctional, people-oriented role that combines office operations, administrative support and event logistics.
Reports to: Managing Director.
Works with: Endeavor Spain, Endeavor Global, external suppliers
Key responsibilities:
Team support & culture
- Develop and maintain internal policies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation.
- Act as a go-to person for day-to-day team needs.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members.
- Help foster a welcoming and well-organized work environment.
Administrative & financial support
- Manage the full invoicing lifecycle, collections, client receivables, and expense
reimbursements. - Act as a liaison with accounting, payroll, and external advisors.
- Keep track of required regulatory filings.
- Monitor bank accounts, liquidity and office cash flow.
- Maintain a structured archive of invoices and financial documentation.
- Coordinate and guide the accounting function and external accountants.
- Lead the annual audit process end-to-end, coordinating accountants and auditors.
- Prepare financial reporting for the MD and Global office.
Office operations
- Ensure the daily functioning of the office (space, supplies, infrastructure).
- Manage vendors and service providers IT, cleaning, catering, etc.).
- Oversee office contracts, purchases, and inventory.
- Provide support with creating reports, presentations, scheduling, planning, etc.
- Support internal meetings, offsites, and team activities.
Events & community logistics
- Provide logistical support for Endeavor events (meetings, panels, dinners).
- Coordinate venues, catering, travel arrangements and materials.
The ideal candidateʼs skills and qualifications:
- Bachelorʼs degree in Business Management or related fields, with 36 years of relevant experience (eg. managing the administration of a small or medium-size business).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong execution skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
What we offer:
- Annual gross salary of €35,000 – €40,000, based on experience.
