Welcome aboard👋

The Endeavor Fellowship Program is an initiative that helps exited Endeavor Entrepreneurs launch new ventures with the support of the Endeavor Network, amplifying the Multiplier Effect.

Over the course of 8 weeks, participants embark on a journey that allows them to transform their learnings and reflections into impactful business ideas.

This year, we will start in October.

Methodology

The Program will unfold over a period of 8 consecutive weeks. We will focus on three main stages: 

• Explore: Reflect on your interests, ambitions, and the global challenges that matter to you.
• Frame: Define the problems you want to tackle.
• Shape: Test ideas, challenge assumptions, and refine your direction.

The program includes 2 in-person trips and 6 online weeks. 

Kick-off

• We’ll begin with a 3-day in-person trip (location TBD) where you’ll meet your cohort and dive into global challenges, emerging technological trends, and how these intersect with your personal ambitions and life goals.

6-Week Virtual Program

• A mix of group workshops and tailored 1:1 sessions delivered online. 
• You’ll commit 3–5 hours per week, supported by a dedicated Endeavor Point of Contact who helps with scheduling and adapting the program to your needs.

Closing

• We’ll wrap up with another 3-day in-person trip (location TBD), where you’ll share key learnings, reflect with the group, and conclude the program.

The program offers a personalized weekly agenda focused on peer learning and collaboration. From Monday to Wednesday, you’ll have tailored 1:1 sessions with entrepreneurs, experts, and mentors from the Endeavor network. Thursdays feature a group session led by the week’s facilitator, scheduled in advance for full attendance. You’ll also have regular check-ins with your Endeavor Point of Contact throughout the program.
